Where RealOmnix offers sign-in via a third-party provider such as Google or Microsoft, we request only the basic profile scopes needed to identify you — your name, email address, and account ID. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your RealOmnix account and to identify your organisation's workspace. We do not request access to your email, files, calendar, or other data unless you explicitly connect that integration within the platform.

5. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you, maintain platform security, and support the integrations you choose to connect. We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third parties only where strictly necessary to operate the service — for example, with authentication providers, payment processors, and the specific integrations you connect (such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Zoom). Those providers process your information under their own privacy and security terms.

6. Self-Hosted Deployments

RealOmnix is designed to run on your own infrastructure. Data processed within a self-hosted deployment — including any data handled by your compute nodes, agents, and flows — remains under your organisation's control. We do not access or store this data unless you explicitly opt in to a supported service, such as remote fleet management through the Stack Manager.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and billing information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us — we will remove or anonymise your information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records by law.

8. Disclosure of Information

We may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith where we are required to do so: by law or by a court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or third parties.

RealOmnix and its contributors disclaim liability for outcomes resulting from AI-generated content or automated actions taken through the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
